Transportation: Great American Trolley
We used a trolley for the way back.  In case anyone didn't feel like driving home or was too intoxicated to drive they got a ride home from the trolley.  The trolley arrived promptly at 10:15 just before the reception ended for anyone who wanted a ride.

Decorations/Centerpieces:

My mom and I made our own centerpieces that were baskets full of fall flowers.  We used silk flowers that we bought half price the year before at AC Moore.  That was one of the few things we did ahead of time.

We Saved Money By:
My Dad was over in Iraq while so we tried to save money any way we could.   We made our own placecards, centerpieces and invitations.  The placecard holders were made of little birdhouses.  They came out really nice.  I owe a lot to my mom, my maid of honor and my bridesmaids for all their help.

We Used the Internet:
We found our toasting glasses and our unity candle on the internet.

Invitations: My Mom made our invitations using packets we bought at AC Moore.  They work out really, really great.

Cake
Our cake was part of the package with Lakeview Manor.  It was a 3-tier white cake decorated with a waterfall underneath and decorated with fall flowers.
Additional Photo

First Dance:
"She Believes in Me" Kenny Rogers
Father/Daughter Dance:
Because my Dad was in Iraq, I danced with my brother to a Phil Collins song.
Mother/Son
Dance:
My husband's mom died suddenly last Easter so instead of a Mother/Son dance we had a family dance and danced to "Sunrise" by Norah Jones

DJ:
Sounds by Audiotech

Best Part
The coolest part was that we had our pictures taken beforehand on the beach so we didn't have to leave the reception to have pictures taken.  Another great part was that my Dad was on the phone almost non-stop from Iraq.

How We Met:
We met commercial fishing on a lobster boat.  I was the only woman doing it and Steve would help out on the same boat - The Lily May, now operating out of Cape May.  My dad's best friend operates the boat and that's how I started working for him.  I used to work on the dock and kept bugging him to take me out on the Lobster boat until finally he did.  Now that we're married, I help my husband run the family business.  They own a seasonal restaurant, Marie's Seafood in Sea Isle.

Honeymoon:
We took 11 days for our honeymoon and spent a few days in San Francisco and then flew to Hawaii and visited Maui & Kuai.  We stayed in condos in Hawaii and booked everything through Discover Travel in Marmora.  They were great.

Tips for Brides To Be:

Keep a sewing kit in the bathroom.  Someone's dress came apart and it really came in handy!

Even though I waited until the month before my wedding to do most of the planning and my dog ate part of my planning book, everything worked out perfectly and I wouldn't change a thing!
