We saved
money by making our own centerpieces. We also opted for the buffet
instead of a sit-down dinner so we could have more people there.
Our biggest cost saver was right there.

I used
the internet, including AtlanticCityWeddings.com, to get lots of ideas
for flowers, bouquets, centerpieces etc. I also found Lucy of
Airbrush makeup on this site and won the sandcastle contest.
How
We Met
My
daughter Erica was working at Christine's Bakery in Northfield.
Mike would go in there a lot to get ad copy and my daughter would ask
him things every time he came in. He was so nervous that this
young girl was asking him questions like "Are you married?"
Eventually she told him she wanted him to meet her mom. She called
me up one day and said "Mom, can you come pick me up at Christine's
after work? Make sure you're dressed cute." I knew she
had something up her sleeve when she told me to dress cute but I went
along with it and that's how we met.
